Solstice Heritage was commissioned to carry out specialist historic building survey and impact assessment in advance of the redevelopment of this landmark, grade II listed mid-19th-century hall, designed by the renowned Tyneside architect John Dobson for the Company of Barber Surgeons. The building is also within the Summerhill Conservation Area. Our works involved contributing to the development of a successful design for planning and listed building consents, and the production of an accompanying detailed Historic Building Survey.
